    Hi,

    If it’s a full white screen (WSOD) then this can be due to:

    – errors created by other conflicting plugins, theme or customizations
    – the allowed PHP memory limit is exhausted and needs to be increased

    Please forward temporary admin and FTP credentials to us: support at itthinx dot com – so we can enable debugging and check what exactly is happening.

        Thanks Richard, received.

        I’ve created a test affiliate account and don’t see any blank screen issues. I will forward screenshots for the test user.

        Maybe this was an intermittent problem with your server, but it’s working fine now.
