Affiliates not counting visits

Hi!
I just bought this awesome plugin. My only problem is that the visits are not counting. The hits are counting normally but the plugin only counted two visits and stopped. im using W3cache. I think the problem may lay there but cant figure out where. thanks!

hi,
thanks for the quick reply! the option Cache URIs with query string variables under Performance was disapled. I sent a message to my service provider asking about the ip problem. lets hope they can fix that. thank you!
PS After registering the Test Affiliate and checking the entries, the hit is correctly recorded but the IP is not corresponding either. You should check with your hosting provider why those IPs all look like coming from the network 10.0.0.x
Hi Osku,
Thanks for the access, you do seem to get hits and visits reported but they come from 10.0.0.x – the account you provided doesn’t allow to check the Performance settings, but you should check that the option Cache URIs with query string variables under Performance > Page Cache is disabled.
Cheers
Hi,
We have also tested with several different ip:s and computers. Still only two visits though
Hi Osku,
you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look at your settings (please indicate this topic in the email).
Kind Regards,

Hi Antonio,
Yea i know that visits are unique visitors. I tested the affiliate links on my facebook fanpage an got 15000 hits but only 2 visits.
Here is a link http://hauskimmat.fi/?jakokumppani=c81e728d9d4c2f636f067f89cc14862c
Hi Osku,
I have visited the link, please check if the count has increased.
Maybe facebook is filtering the param and the system doesn’t count the visit.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Hi Osku,
remember that if you visit the link from the same IP, then only one visit is registered.
Please give us an url to visit (with 2 visits counted), so I can visit its and check if the count increases.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
