Affiliates MS Is Not Recording Visits
—
by
I just installed Affiliates MS. I’ve been using Affiliate Pro for a long time.
I just did some tests using various pages on sub sites in the network that are not the target site where the ecomm and affiliate pro are installed and running. Non of these visits are showing up in the reporting. It suggests the traffic and visits are not being tracked at all.

I’ve tried sending you the email from a few different email accounts of mine but I’m getting error messages about the email not getting through to you. Here is the error message:
The response from the remote server was:

I have reviewed all that documentation and I am configured correctly.
The main site which is the target site per the settings has Affiliate Pro, WooCommerce and the proper Integration plugin for the two. This is working and has been working for over a year.
The Affiliates MS plugin is “enabled” per the checked box in the same network setting page.
Yes the affiliate exists. If I use the affiliate parameter ?aid=username on any page within the primary site the visit is tracked and displayed in the reporting module. However using the same parameter on any sub-site page does not reflect any visit in the reporting module.
Hi Jacob,
Sorry for the delay. Can you send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com ? so I can see all your settings, and test this (please indicate this topic in the email).
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Hi jacobspaulsen,
Please take a look at the ‘Important Notes’ section on the documentation page.
If your ‘subsite’ has a target site setted, please check if in your target site the affiliate exists. If your ‘subsite’ is independent, then check if in your subsite the affiliate exists.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
