Affiliates menu item does not show up after instalation

Hello,

I have purchased Affiliates Pro plug-in form your company along with woocommerce integration.
Right now we have been trying to configure and check it on our test server to work with our e-commerce platform.

However, we have come a cross some difficulties. I have done all steps according to readme file during installation.
After installation and plugin activation, “Affiliates” menu item on back-end panel does not show up as it should.
Is there any compatibility issue involved?
We are using wordpress 3.5.2 and woocommerce 2.0.13.

I need your assistance, because we are not able to use Affiliates product.

  1. I had requested some guidance before purchasing and you were quick to get back to me. I decided to go with the Pro version. I purchased late last night and am now installing.

It is not showing up in my menu. It is activated. What am I missing? Did I need to purchase something else? I was under the impression that Pro would have everything I need. What could I be missing in this process?

As I look around in the forum, it appears as though I might need something else…an integration plugin for WooCommerce on WP? When I originally asked my questions before purchasing, I thought everything would come in the Pro version, ready to go. I asked because I would have just purchased the Enterprise version, if it includes everything I need. I did not want to piecemeal things together and simply wanted to be ready to go, out of the box.

Am I just missing something? I look forward to hearing back from you and getting things set up.

    1. Hi Jessica,
if you need to generate commissions when an user purchase an order with Woocommerce, you need Affiliates Pro Woocommerce Integration. In your download page you have a coupon to upgrade from Affiliates Pro to the integration.
But you must see the Affiliates Pro menu even without integration. If you don’t see the menu, you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com.
      cheers

  2. Hello,

You are right. Everything works on Admin privilages. Thanks for help.

    1. Great 🙂

  3. Hi there,

This might be related to a conflict or user credentials. Does the user have the Administrator role?

You have the Advanced Access Manager plugin installed, have you checked the settings there so the user is allowed to access the menu?
