Affiliates Enterprise, Groups – Multi Tier Rates

Hi there. Having a problem with Affiliates Enterprise and Groups.
I have set up 6 different groups and each of them has different commission rates at different levels. If a member of group 6 (6 levels with different commissions) has a user in his level who is himself in another bonus group, the member with bonus group 6 will not be assigned any commission.

To make it clearer:
A user in group 6 should get his downline commission from 6 levels. A user from group 1 should receive commission from 3 levels. How can I calculate if there is a user in my downline who belongs to a different bonus group?

Ps.: Seems like referrals not being tracked since today. I can see the order data but no referral item.

    Hi George.

    Thank you for your answer. I have now found out what it was. The commissions for the product could not be assigned because the product stored with the rates has a different ID depending on the front end language setting. Have not found a way how that should work on multi-language pages.
    Just opened a new ticket for it.

    Hi Guido,

    Welcome back to our support forum.

    First of all you should check why the Original Referrer didn’t get their referral/commission. Without this the tiered commissions will not be recorded for the rest of the affiliates in this tree. It shouldn’t make any difference if the OR is member of Group 1 and one of his referrers belong to a different Group.

    As a reminder here:
    Guido affiliate is a member of Group 1 and has been referred by affiliate George who is member of Group 2.
    Group 1 commission is ie 10%.
    Group 1 level 1 commission is ie 5%.
    Group 2 commission is ie 15%.
    Group 2 level 1 commission is ie 2%.

    When Guido refers a new sale of 100$,
    Guido will get 10$
    George will get 2$
