Affiliates details not being save

I’m running Affiliates Pro3 and Woo-Intergration 2.0.0, WP 4.9.1

For someone to join as an affiliate they must first have an account on my site. This account is created via Woocommerce.
Once they have created a site account, they can then create an Affiliate Account.
The problem I’m having is that during the Affiliate registration process, the new affiliates details are not being recorded… name, paypal_email etc. Nothing additional to an affiliate account is saved.

Is it possible to have this structure where a sitewide account must first be opened before an affiliate account can be opened?

Also, emails are not being sent to the new affiliate upon (pending) registration, but we can look at that later.

Thanks in advance,
Adam

  1. Hi Adam,

Please visit your Dashboard and go to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates. In the Filters section choose to Include pending affiliates. New affiliate registrations can be Active or Pending and the status can be set under Affiliates > Settings, under Registration tab. For already registered affiliates that are pending, you can edit the Affiliate and change the status to Active under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.

If there are no records for your new affiliates, check your plugins in case you use a User Approval related plugin, which in the same style like Affiliates, keeps your users pending.

If none of these cases applies, i think it’s better to have a look at your Dashboard. You can send me temp admin credentials to george@itthinx.com.

Regarding notifications, go to Affiliates > Notifications and check if they are enabled for Affiliates and for Administrators.

    Kind regards,
    George
