Affiliates Custom Method – Products amount — Not working for me

Plugins installed:
Affiliates Pro : V.2.5.1
Woocommerce integration : V.1.3.5
Affiliates Custom Method – Products amount: V.1.1.1

The Affiliates Custom Method – Products amount does not seem to be working for me.

In Woocommerce Integration, i have this set:
Enable product referral rates — checked
Default rate — blank

In Affiliate settings , i have the following set:
Default referral calculation : Selected – Referral Amounts Method
Default referral calculation value: Selected – Affiliates_WC_Method::product rates

IN the Product, tab affiliates, i have set:
Referral Rate: 5.00

With the above settings the affiliate should get $5.00 refferal commission when he buys that product which cost $24.75.
Unfortunately it does not work, because when i purchase as an affiliate it shows the refferal commission as $123.75
