AFFILIATES CAN’T LOG IN TO RECEIVE BACK END REPORTS?
—
by
After the Sign in of an affiliate, in the “Affiliate” section of the website, it indicates that the Registered Affiliates are NOT currently an Affiliate member, even though they are logging into the system using their “email address” and “password” they set up? This is the actual wording on the website shown below after our Affiliate Logs In: “This is the affiliates section of this store. You are not currently an affiliate of this store. If you wish to become one, please apply.”
Our Affiliates are not able to log into the back end of the system to see their personal analysis. Antonio previous responded, but we are still in the same dilemma. We could not download the Woocommerce Integration Pro. The itthinx Updates plugin is already installed? Is there anyone that can help us set up our back end? I would appreciate the assistance so that we can get this program running correctly? Thank You

Hi Grayce,
Please update your Affiliates plugin to the latest version and try again. Current version of Affiliates Pro and Enterprise is 2.17.1. Once you update, you will be able to configure the status of new affiliates registration( Accepted, Pending…).
Also, instead of Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light, you can use Affiliates WooCommerce Integration which can be installed through your Dashboard under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations(tab). This integration has more features compared to the Light(free) version.
Kind Regards,
George
Hi Grayce,
Regarding your affiliates, they seem to be registered but not Accepted yet. You can edit your affiliates through your Dashboard under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates. Afterwards, press Edit, change Status to Accepted and Save.
If you prefer to accept all affiliates registrations by default, go to Affiliates > Settings > Registrations(tab) and change the default Status to Accepted.
Once you install Itthinx Updates plugin you can install Affiliates WooCommerce Integration through Affiliates > Settings > Integrations (tab). The Itthinx Updates plugin can be installed from your Dashboard, a message appears with a link to it. If you get an error, you can download it here and install it manually. After installing, don’t forget to insert your service key in Itthinx Updates settings.
For further assistance, please reply here.
Kind regards,
George
Thank you George. I followed your instructions, and realized that I do not have the option to change the status to Accepted? Here’s what my screen states after I go to the Manage Affiliates Page>Edit Affiliate>:
