Affiliates cannot log in on Affiliate Area (just reloading page)

I have generated the affiliate page and signed up test users, but everytime they try to log into the affiliate area the page just reloads with the same login screen again (even though they are loggin in as WordPress users).

WordPress V 3.9.1
Theme: 3Clicks V 3.4.1 (I switched to 2014 default theme but problem persists)
Affiliate Enterprise V 2.7.1

    I added the code snippet to the config.php but didn’t help.

      Please enable debugging in WordPress and check the wp-content/debug.log after visiting the page where that happens. At least it can give a clue to what’s causing it.
      Also you can check if it happens in wordpress login page.
