   Hi Rodolfo,

   There a premium extension that utilizes the username, Affiliates by Username. After installing, you should use this in your Affiliate Area page
   [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_url][/affiliates_by_username]
   [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_affiliate_link][/affiliates_by_username]
   and your affiliates link will look like this:
   http://www.example.com?affiliates=john
