Affiliates are getting credit for their own purchases

I have Allow auto-referrals unchecjed yet today I had one affiliate who received credit for his own purchase. Please help with this.

    Hi Mel,
    with this option unchecked, the affiliate should not get commission. If you have Affiliates Permanent installed, please check he is not auto-referred.
    If the problem persists, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio at itthinx dot com and I’ll have a look at your settings.
