Hi, Thanks for a great product.
Could you tell me how affiliates see their stats etc. What is the link?
Also could you tell me how in the registration emails, I can make the links hyperlinked (clickable).
Thanks ๐

Hi Deitsa,
Thank you. I have already created that page.
When an affiliate logs in, all they see is:
Dashboard
Orders
Downloads
Addresses
Account details
They do not see how many referrals, sales, traffic
etc that they have received or any of the graphs that are suppose to be there. Obviously I’m missing something.
Do I have to install those shortcodes somewhere for my affiliates to see all this info?
If so, I’m technologically challenged and I’m not sure how to do it.
Regards
Cat Sullivan.
Hello, Cat,
The shortcodes don’t require additional installation, they should normally work out-of-the-box. What’s displayed under the Dashboard menu – is it the WordPress dashboard?
Can you check in your backend under Pages > All Pages for a page that’s called Affiliate Area, just to make sure if it’s created properly?
It could also be that the link to that page is not added in the site’s menu due to some theme settings – in that case, you might need to manually add the page to a menu that you have on your site.
Cheers,
Denitsa
Hello there,
Glad to hear you like the plugin ๐
The affiliate dashboard is displayed in the Affiliate Area page by default. If you don’t have the page created on you website yet, visit Affiliates > Settings > Pages and press the Generate button to create the page.
Here’s the documentation page that has a screenshot of the settings tab shown -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/setup/settings/pages-2/
The Affiliates Enterprise plugin only sends out the URL in the notification content – how links are displayed in your emails depends on your mailer settings mostly. If you are using a plugin to send out mails, search its settings for an option to enable HTML in emails. It could also depend on the settings of the recipient’s mail client.
Cheers,
Denitsa
