Affiliate User login

Hi, I have new affiliates who have registered using https://juzcit.com.au/affiliate-area/ however once logged in, they cannot access their affiliate information. I have set the registration settings to “Allow affiliate registration” and “active”. Can you please point me in the right direction as to why they are not able to log in?
