Affiliate unable to use their own coupon

I’m currently testing.
My user is also added as an affiliate.
I have some test coupons which are attributed to my affiliate account.
When I try to use those coupon codes, I am blocked by “Coupon is not valid”

If I assign the coupon codes to a different affiliate, it goes through just fine.

How can we fix this to allow an affiliate-user to use their own coupons?

    Ahah!
    I’ve finally found it!!

    I guess it’s called “auto-coupons“.
    Checked the “Allow auto-coupons” box, and it works as expected.

    Has this case actually been tested?
    Because we are definitely blocked here.
    I double-checked, and none of the coupons have any such restrictions.

    My test affiliate account that has the same email address as my user account.
    My user account is prevented from using the coupon, but only after the coupon code is assigned to my affiliate acct.

    Hi William,
    If you want to assign a coupon to an affiliate, you can do it editing the affiliate from Affiliates->Manage Affiliates, adding to the affiliate the new attribute.
    This coupon can be used by all users.
    Maybe your error is beacuse you have limited the coupon only to an user.
    If the problem persists, please share your coupon settings.
