Affiliate totals not appearing – not optimiser plugin related

I’m hoping someone can help with this, using Affiliates Pro and affiliate payments are not coming through.

I ran a test purchase using her affiliate URL to confirm. The system has recognised the transaction but hasn’t added the commission to her total. I set the invoice to complete on woocommerce so there should be no problem. Is this something you can assist with?

I’m using SG Optimiser plugin and have run test purchases with it disabled so this is definitely not the issue.

      Please could you set the password and send it alongside the username.

        I have re-sent the temporary login link, you shouldn’t need a password.

          Hi James,

          I understand the temporal login link should sign me in. However, it doesn’t sign me in and hence, I am unable to access the admin dashboard, that is why I am requesting you create a temporal user account and send over the username and password.

          Please if you could share these details it would aid me in taking a closer look at your issue.
