Affiliate testing issue
—
by
Hi!
We have install and test your plugin with our learnpress site. The visits from a spec. url are showing on dashboard, but the comissions not.
In the orders process we have using a -100% coupon at the first time. Than we enabled a test mode for Stripe payment, and make second order, but the referrals page is still empty.
We would need to know if your plugin is compatible with the learnpress plugin, because we don’t have products in woocommerce, we only sell lessons. Next, is it not a problem that we use the test mode when paying with Stripe.
We have all orders in completed status.
Please help us with this issue.

Hey Franto,
You’re welcome!
All licenses sold on itthinx.com are valid for one year and include updates, access to support and all the integrations included with the plugin.
Please have a look at Terms & Conditions for the full description of licenses.
Kind regards,
George
Hey Franto,
You’re welcome, I’m glad your issue has been solved!
As for notifications, Affiliates free edition supports email notifications only for new affiliates registrations. If you wish to have your system send notifications on referrals, then you should have a look at the premium versions, Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise.
Both these versions also support notification templates so that you can also modify the email messages sent to the affiliate and the administrator. More information can be found in the documentation pages.
– Affiliates Pro notifications
– Affiliates Enterprise notifications
Kind regards,
George
Thank you for this informations!
And one more question, the price for Affiliates PRO plugin for a single page is 49,-, but it is to one year, or lifetime license? Thank you!
Hi George!
Thank You for this fast response! The Affiliates WooCommerce Light integration plugin make solved our issue!
But I have one more question. Is there possible to sent email notification (to admin) about an affiliate order was created on the site? Or something similar? Like add informations about referral to woocommerce order detail email for admin?
Thanks
Hi Franto,
Welcome to our support forum.
FYI, Affiliates plugin can integrate with LearnPress only via WooCommerce, as long as you have installed and activated Affiliates WooCommerce Light integration. When the checkout is completed through WC, Affiliates can track the submitted order and grant the referred commission to the respective affiliate.
The other possible way to integrate with LearnPress if you are familiar with PHP and WP API, is through Affiliates API function affiliates_suggest_referral() that will tell the system to check for possible referrals, when a course is purchased using the LearnPress checkout.
Kind regards,
George
