Affiliate rewrite code uses 302 redirect – can it use 301 instead?

Hi – the affiliate pro plugin for EDD executes a 302 redirect when an affiliate link lands at your website (this removes the affiliate querystring, and keeps the user on the same URL). Can this be changed to a 301? Where should I look to customise this myself?

    Yes, I’ve created a small plugin you can use https://github.com/itthinx/affiliates-redirect-301

    It will change the status code when affiliate links are hit.
