Affiliate Registration Not Working

Can you please help…
Our affiliate registration stopped working.. the page just refreshes.. and leaves the field info in the fields but does nothing.

    Hi Craig,
    That’s true. Maybe another plguin related with security or registration process is interfering, because when an affiliate is created, a wordpress user is also created.
    Please try to disable the plugins you have related to security and registration, and try again.
