Affiliate registration issue
—
by
Hi, there. I’ve set up the affiliate area page using the short codes provided by the generator but have an unusual problem.
The login and/or registration areas are shown on the page, but if you attempt to register it says the password needs to be entered twice. However, the short code only generates a single password field.
Is there something that needs to be changed?

Also, when I try to register an affiliate manually through the CMS area, I put in the name, user name and email address but when I click ADD AFFILIATE, I get an error saying “User Name Does Not Exist”.
Your help is appreciated as I need to get this finished up ASAP.

Thanks for sharing Jake.
I would go for Theme My Login and WP Security Audit Log. Try to deactivate each one of them and make a test registration each time.
If none of these is involved, I could help further by having a look at your site, or your staging site. Either way you can send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
Kind regards,
George

Hi Jake,
I’ve checked both error messages and none of them is produced by Affiliates Pro. One of your other plugins in your installation produces these errors and judging by the messages, I would say it’s a plugin related to registrations or user management in general.
If you can post your active plugins list, I can have a look as well.
Kind regards,
George
