Affiliate registration details deletion

I Have Affiliate Pro installed (WooCommerce) and asked an affiliate to register. He did but his email had a typo error. With the result he never got the email containing a password that is sent out by affiliates Pro. hence he could not proceed any further. Next I deleted his account and asked him to re register. Unfortunately, he cannot since the errors that he gets are:
ERROR: This username is already registered, please choose another one.
ERROR: This email is already registered, please choose another one.
is there a way for me to remove the information from the system completely so that he may register with same user name and correct email address?

    Hi,
    Affiliate accounts are not completely erased from the system for security reasons.
    You could recreate the affiliate (and the user if is needed) account from the backend (in Affiliates->Manage affiliates).
