Affiliate Registration Bug
—
by
Hi,
I’m stuck at trying to build a page that asks the user to register. Basically, I’ve added the registration shortcode that asks a person to register as an affiliate. The display works fine but when I try to save the page. It doesn’t allow me. It’s basically asking me to fill out the form in the page before it can save it. I’ve only ever encountered this issue on this page builder which is Extreme Builder. Then I noticed that it’s the Affiliates Enterprise plugin causing the problem. It automatically enacts the behavior of the form even when it’s in edit mode. It fills up the form with the current info of the logged in user. And since all fields are required fields, it’s not allowing me to save it unless I fill up the boxes which is impossible. The only way to get around this is to disable the required fields while I’m working on the page so I can save it. Then enable the required fields again once everything is done. As you can see, it’s a bit of a hassle to keep doing this. I’m hoping you can find a permanent fix for this.

Thanks for sending me admin access to your site.
I used a Code Section in the page builder and it works normally.
I’ve sent you detailed instructions to your mail.
Cheers.
Don’t really want to switch to the wp editor. I’ll make an account for you so you can check out the bug. I’ll send it to your email, together with the link to the page where the bug is happening.
Hi henry,
Although i haven’t tried Xtreme Builder myself, other similar plugins have an option to switch between the default WP editor and advanced editor.
If this option is not available and since Xtreme Builder is a premium plugin, can you provide me admin access to your site to have a look?
You can send admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
Kind regards,
George
