Affiliate Registration

Nothing happens after submitting the form on the registration page. I used the the shortcode [affiliates_registration] and I already enabled the Registration in the Settings. I tried activation wp_debug but there was no error.

I am using Affiliate Pro 3.0.0 and latest version of WP.

    I can see the registration form correctly ( http://oi68.tinypic.com/9rqgyd.jpg )
    Maybe you are visiting the page as a registered affiliate.
