Thanks,
The referral was successful, as you can see in your backend under Affiliates > Referrals, or on the frontend in the affiliate-area page if you use the credentials for my user and login.
Please note that if you wish to test the referrals or referred sales, then you need to use a test account for making referred purchase because according to your setup, auto-referrals are not allowed in Affiliates > Settings > Referrals(tab). This means that an affiliate cannot refer themselves.
Please have a look at my test and the referral recorded and let me know if further support is needed with Affiliates Pro plugin.
I’ve made some tests on your site, registered myself as affiliate and then tried to make a referred sale for myself as affiliate.
The registration was successful as you can see below in the screen-record I’ve added:
– https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3i6vpvicdxirce42rma7b/registration.webm?rlkey=wa4hjqnmae70juut7doj8i8om&st=z87e76zy&dl=0
and I can see the affiliate area page even without data since I’m a new affiliate and haven’t referred anything to your site yet.
However, finishing the checkout is not possible because I can’t select a shipping method, there’s none available 🙂 as shown below:

Can you please review your checkout process and adjust shipping options if necessary, or indicate the necessary checkout fields I should use to be able to finish a test order?
Thanks for providing access to your site, but it doesn’t seem possible to login because it gives a 504 HTTP error as shown in the screenshot below:

and something similar happens when trying to visit the front-page:

I think you should contact your hosting server support and mention the issue, because 5xx errors usually relate to the server where the site is hosted.
Once you have checked that and we are able to reach the site, please let me know to have another look.
I think its better to give you access to help resolve the issues. The whole system was workoing perfectly before now. Something went wrong. Now affiliates are not awarded referrals for purchases on woocommerce store or fellow afilliate referal.
Then what do you see, once you open these pages? As for the registration page, what message do you get after registering a new affiliate?
Is there anything logged in your debug.log? This file is automatically created under your wp-content folder if WP Debugging is enabled.
We may also offer to have a look on-site, once you provide us with temp admin access to your site because I can’t assess the situation from this point of view. In case your site is running live at the moment, then you may share access to a staging clone instead. For the temporary access you can either share the credentials here, or create this account for my personal email address, george at itthinx dot com. As for enabling WP Debug, you need to edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
The affiliate registration and referral page does not show. The page opens but no data or form shows. At times it shows but does not record the affiliate as registered when filled.
Also affiliates are not credited with commission for sale via their links too or for any referrals.
Welcome to our forum for Affiliates Pro.
Can you please share some more details on the blank page you get? Is this the Affiliates > Referrals page on the backend, or the Affiliates Dashboard > Referrals on the frontend? Is it totally blank as in the WSOD, or you can see the page structure but no data is recorded?
Apologies for all these questions, but the best way to approach the issue you get, depends on the page and what exactly you get on your browser.

The issue is both on frontend and backend.
