Affiliate rates are not correct, random amounts being referred

Hello,
We have some affiliates who have random amounts being referred;
EX: 2.00 on some orders, .05% of sales on some orders, and $82.93 on some orders.
We’ve check the settings for our products and the affiliate plugin and everything seems to be correct.
Could you please help.

Also, how can we track paid monies for affiliates??
Thank you!!

  1. Also, how do we keep track of payments made in the plugin, without having to export the orders and do it manually?? Can the affiliate see these amounts too?

    1. Hi Hera,
From the dashboard, you have some sections for the reports, please have a look at this documentation section.
Your affiliates can see their referrals (commissions) from the affiliate-area page that you should have created. You can modify this page, and use shortcodes like [affiliates_referrals] or [affiliates_affiliate_stats].
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

  2. Hello,
Are you available via phone at all? Would love to get this resolved asap.
it seems like some affiliates are getting $2.00 for people registering through their link and no actual purchases.
We do not want this but cannot find it in any of the settings…
    Please help!!
    Thank you,
    HR

    1. Hi Hera,
You can enable/disable the user registration referrals from Affiliates->User Registration section.
      Kind Regards,

  3. Hello,
Thank you for your quick response!
I was able to find detailed information on each referral which is helpful to pinpoint the problem.

There are some referrals that don’t have order information, even though it was placed through our website (WooCommerce). These orders seem that have a default referral value of $2.00 but I can’t see this anywhere in the settings.
Do you happen to know what I am missing?

    Thank you,
    Hera

    1. Hi Hera,
If you want, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic, and I’ll have a look at your settings.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

  4. Hi Hera,
From the Affiliates->Totals section you can ‘pay’ your referrals changing the status to ‘closed’, so from the Affiliates->Referrals you can use the filter to see only the closed referrals.
Related to the not correct amount, enabling ‘Expand details’ and ‘Expand data’ option in Affiliates->Referrals you can see the order and the amount that generates the referral, maybe this can help you find the reason.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
