Affiliate Pro Menu Item Not Showing in Single site dashboard in multi-site

I have a multi-site install. I have had affiliates pro installed and active on one single site for many months without any issue. As of yesterday I don’t see the affiliates pro menu item any more. I do see the menu item in my network dashboard though none of the affiliates show there. It is NOT network activated. I’m using the latest version 2.9.2. I also have the supporting plugins: “Affiliates by username” & “Affiliates Role” & “Affiliates WooCommerce Integration” installed and active on that sub site.

I checked the tables in the database and I see tables for affiliates pro for several of the sub sites (wp_#_aff_) but my affiliate data is stored in wp_aff_ tables. Not sure if that is relevant or helpful in troubleshooting.
