Is it possible for each affiliate to have there own image on the site.

      if you want to show specific images to affiliates, then yes.

    Is there another step I need to take before using the short code. Do you have a youtube video I can view.

      Hi,
      simply add the code in your functions.php theme file. Then you can use the shortcode in your affiliates-area page, for example:
      [affiliates_is_affiliate_by_id id="42"]
      [affiliates_banner id="162"]
      [/affiliates_is_affiliate_by_id]
      if you want to show the banner 162 only to the affiliate 42.
