Affiliate Notification

I have gone in and checked all the necessary settings and my affiliates and I are not receiving notification when a sale is credited to them. Prior to March 2014, affiliates and I were receiving notifications, but now neither of us are.

Their account is still credited but notification is not sent out to either of us. I did test it out today and it worked with one sale, but then it didnt work for another sale. It is showing in the affiliates totals as credited, but neither of us received notification.

Please help me fix this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,
    please check:
    1.- you have selected “Notify the affiliates” and Notify when a referral is: Accepted and Pending in Affiliates->Notifications.
    2.- Be sure your email system works fine.
