Affiliate not work correctly

why my affiliate cannot connect correctly to the referrer,
example, the affiliate doing a repeat order, it supposed to be a comission for the referer, some times it work, but some time not work. we using 2 tiers affiliate rate.
we already using affiliate enterprise. thank you

    Thanks for using Affiliates Enterprise and for being a valued customer of our plugins. I am sorry you had to experience this problem.

    Please could you very that there’s a rate set for the original referrer? In addition to this if you could share logins with me using this email; eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com, So I can take a closer look that would be great.
