Affiliate links&coupon

Affiliate links from the same buyer are tied to three or more different agencies by order. Are such cases common? Also, please tell me how to check the details of the linking.
I want to make the buyer go through the affiliate link, so please tell me how to attach a coupon to the affiliate link.

Hi there,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for being a loyal customer of Affiliates Enterprise, we highly appreciate it.
In general when a new affiliate registers, there is a unique identifier mapped to that affiliate that consists of the Affiliate URL parameter as set in Affiliates > Settings > General and the affiliate’s ID. This identifier cannot be modified and is the part of the URL that can track and record a potential referral. In turn each URL that contains this unique identifier, becomes an affiliate link. The base form of such an affiliate link can be found in Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.
In your case and correct me if I’m wrong you have noticed multiple referrals recorded for different *Original Referrers for the same order. This is only possible if your affiliates use coupons and a customer has used more than one coupons for the same order. This is the case where the commission is split into equal amounts for each referral. Please also have a look at the following link and especially under Guidelines section:
For that reason coupons don’t need to be attached to an affiliate link. When an affiliate coupon is applied to an order, the respective affiliate will be granted with a commission only, unless as I mentioned earlier, more than one affiliate coupons are used for the same order. If this is your case then you can enable the coupon option Individual use only found in the coupon settings under Usage restriction.
*Original Referrer is the affiliate that refers a new sale to your shop and can trigger tiered commissions when running Affiliates Enterprise.
Kind regards,
George
