Affiliate link drives optin => visitor buys => affiliate gets paid?

Hi, thanks for taking a sec.
Is there a way to pay an affiliate in the following scenario?
Prospect clicks on affiliate link, prospect opt’s into my email list, prospect purchases my product => Affiliate gets paid.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi,
      if you are using Affiliates with the woocommerce integration. When an user clicks in an affiliate link, and he purchases anything, then the affiliate get a commission (he can see his commission in the affiliate-area page).
      You must pay to your affiliates every X time (in Affiliates->Totals you can generate a csv file with the commission to pay).
