Affiliate IDs

My affliates pro set up does not issue affliate IDs when the affliates are approved.
I have followed the setup guide to the best of my ability.
Can you please advise me on what is that I am not doing correctly.

    Hi Nalin,

    Please check the following in case they apply to your case:
    1) If you noticed that in your Affiliate Area page, make sure that you used the user credentials of an approved affiliate, who’s operative( the from is earlier and until date is later than the current date ) and not deleted.
    2) Go to Affiliates > Settings and check if you have chosen MD5 encoding under Affiliate ID encoding section.
    3) Make sure that you don’t use a User approval related plugin, so even if your affiliate is approved, the user is still pending.
    4) Under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates enable the filter to Include inoperative affiliates, Include active affiliates, Include pending affiliates and Include removed affiliates. How do the affiliate links appear in the list?
