  1. Hi Norbert,

    Which transactions are you referring to, is it the referrals recorded?

    As for affiliates plugins, you should always use the latest versions available. These updates can be done through your Dashboard if Itthinx Updates plugin is installed and activated and your license for premium plugins is valid and active.

    Last but not least, first make sure to enable WP debugging and then try to use the Export feature. Once you see the fatal error, head over to your site files in your hosting server and download a copy of your debug.log file found under wp-content folder. This is the file where you and us can find additional information about the fatal error you get.
    As a reminder and in order to enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi George,

    it is really strange because in the meantime the transactions were made correctly but some are missing. Do you know how that can happen?

    At the moment we are using the wordpress version 6.3.5. should we update all of the affiliate plugins?

    We are using the following plugins: https://prnt.sc/mVtTzIriNERw note that the export is deactivated because of the fatal error.
    If I click on affiliate export I get this message: https://prnt.sc/6xS5lVOOWGK8 which means “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check the inbox of your website administrator email address for further instructions.” but instructions in that link are not working.

    Kind regards

  3. Hi Norbert,

    Welcome back to our support forum.

    Can you please share some more details on the issues you have? Which plugin(s) are you using and what is the current version installed on your site? Have you updated the plugin(s) involved to their latest versions?
    For the first case please mention what exactly is the issue and also the necessary steps to reproduce it.
    While for the second issue, if you are referring to the Export feature found in Affiliates > Manage Affiliates, please make sure to include the error you get or even better a copy of your debug.log where the issue appears, ie via pastebin

    Kind regards,
    George
