Affiliate Enterprise not showing Total Earnings but shows Accepted referrals pending
—
by
We purchased and installed the Affiliates Enterprise plugin today. http://market.vedafoods.com/?vedaaffiliates=c81e728d9d4c2f636f067f89cc14862c is one of the generated links. In testing the Administration panels shows 4 referrals but there isn’t any thing in the amounts. We have set the Commissions Method to Referral Amount Method Referaal rate but no payment is ever shown in the dashboard. It is a simple 2 tier system, .20(205) for tier 1 and .025(2.5%) for tier 2. What are we missing?

Hi Carly Alyssa,
Sorry but i haven’t received an email, can you try sending it again?
Based on what you described, probably the affiliates hasn’t been configured properly in order to match your desired configuration. That is probably the reason why the affiliates haven’t got a commission by the transactions, although there are referrals recorded.
Once i receive the site credentials, i will inspect your site and propose a solution.
Kind regards,
George
When I look at the Referrals report it shows 2 accepted transactions. In the order detail is shows total dollar amount under the Post column. No info is displayed on the Amount or Currency columns. From what I can tell I can manually calculate and enter the referral amount but shouldn’t the system calculate the affiliate amount?.
Hi George. Did you see a wordpress userid? My client has decided that they want to offer a membership option based on a 1 time payment. From what I can tell if we can get the affiliates enterprise working then buying group coupons and groups for woocommerce are in our future. When I look in the Totals page I see 2 sales/referrals. There is information displayed in the ID, Affiliate, email, username. But there is no data in the Total or Currency fields. What are we missing?
Hi George
You should be receiving a WordPress email about a new user profile create. Please let me know if it doesnt contain a password. Can you let me know what ip address you will be logging in from? My tech people watch for hackers. Thanks.
Hi George
I posted above that the current setting for recurring payments is No. That the “Enable products rate” is set to No.There is no value set in the Default rate value.
Thank you for confirming that my initial settings are correct.
Our client wants to have 2 tiers of affiliate as a percentage of the sales which is why we bought the Enterprise Affiliates. Settings that you will most likely comment on are as follows:
Tiers menu:
The Enable multi-tiered referrals is set to Yes. Levels is set to the value of 2.
Always record referrers is set to Yes.
Level 1 rates are .2
Level 2 rates are set to .02
Relative rates is set to No
Settings – Commission menu;
Commissons Method is Referral rate
Value = .2
Any further thoughts on why when i click on the referrals page and i see 2 referrals but there isn’t any value in the Amount field.
Many Thanks
Carly
Hi Carly Alyssa,
If you don’t want to grant recurring payments to affiliates, then you shouldn’t check Enable recurring referrals. WooCommerce Subscriptions helps you to sell subscriptions, while recurring referrals helps you to grant recurring payments to your affiliates whenever a subscription is paid to the shop.
If you want to set a commission rate for each of your products, you should Enable product referral rates and set a product rate for each of your products as advised in the documentation link i provided. If you want to use a flat rate for all your products, you can set a default value at Default rate which is quicker.
Hope i made it more clear to you now, if though you are still in doubt, you are welcome to send us your admin credentials by mail, to support at itthinx dot com and please don’t forget to include a link to this topic, so that i can help you set it up the way you prefer.
Kind regards,
George

Hi Carly Alyssa,
I’ve noticed that you use WooCommerce, so you should also install and configure Affiliates WooCommerce Integration as described in the documentation and also check the last section there, if you are using recurring payments and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
Everything then should work normally.
Kind regards,
George
