Affiliate coupons are not applying to affiliate

I have Affiliate pro. Made coupons for my affiliates but they are not getting the referral when their coupon is used.

    Hey Christopher,

    Welcome back to our support forum for Affiliates plugin.

    Can you please review your settings and especially the coupon-code case used?
    The affiliates system supports all case strings, but on the other hand WooCommerce supports only lowercase strings. This means that if you are using a coupon code like Discount for your affiliate, this doesn’t match the WooCommerce code that will be discount. As a result the coupon won’t be recognised by the Affiliates system and the affiliate won’t get a referral.

    Please let me know if this is your case.

      Thank you. I must have missed that memo in the setup tutorial. I did have upper case letters. Hopefully this solves the issue.
