Affiliate by username still using id in URL

Hello,

I have installed both affiliate pro & affiliate by username.
The problem is the affiliate urls still using user ID instead of usernames.

I DO NOT WANT THIS :

Link: http://www.bioquantummineral4u.com?affiliates=5
URL Parameter: ?affiliates=5
Pretty: http://www.bioquantummineral4u.com/affiliates/5

I NEED IT TO BE DISPLAYED LIKE THIS :

username : contoh2
Pretty : http://www.bioquantummineral4u.com/affiliates/contoh2

Please see screenshot :

Thank you.

  1. Let me show you very specifically what is happening:

    Your affiliate URL: [affiliates_url] shows
    http://harvens.net?affiliates=6

But after installation and activation of “Affiliates by Username”,
Result of [affiliates_by_username] shows nothing on the page.
