Affiliate Area Template/easy setup + Manage ads/banner area back end upgrade

Hi,
I just bought the plugin and as i said i appreciate it for the functions offered.
I kindly ask you to provide an easy template/presetted affiliate area, to save so much time in setting it up, as many user i am sure will appreciate it.
You can preset the affiliate area template and shortcode in a standard complete way and maybe just pasting the code. It would save a lot of time and struggling.

I also kindly ask you if you wish to release an upgrade with a “ready for use” back end area to manage ads/banner,again in a “easy user friendly way”.
I really dont understand (or maybe i can imagine) why this “user friendly” aspect is missed,when your coding job seems to be very well done.
