hi vaughn,
I’ve made another test affiliate registration, after the registration it keeps me in the affiliate area but it produces an error as seen in the screenshot.
Please use https://imgbb.com/ because your dropbox link seems to have expired.
Cheers,
George

hi george when we have a new person visit the website and they try to join the affiliate program they are able to fill out the form but after filling the for it’s redirecting them to a blank page Screenshot 2017-07-26 11.15.49
For example, if you go to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates and press the New Affiliate button, you will see something other than the form that i see in this screenshot. And you get these issues because of the errors shown on the second screenshot of my previous comment.
Cheers,
George
thanks for the information when you say the forms are not aligned properly what should i change and which icon for the adulates menu item is missing on the dashboard.
Thanks for your cooperation Vaughn.
I have added myself as an affiliate and added [affiliates_generate_url] in the Affiliate Area page and the shortcode appears properly as you can see in the screenshot.
Your site though has some important issues that you should take care of. For example, if you have noticed that the styling is pretty messy, forms are not aligned properly or even images are missing like the icon for Affiliates menu item on your Dashboard. If you open the inspect console on your browser you will notice that there are 127 errors logged, most of them are HTTP 502 and are related to *.js or *.css files not loading properly from your server. You can see these in the screenshot as well.
You should check your plugins one-by-one in case there is a conflict and also have a look on your server logs for errors logged there as well.
In order to debug your plugins, enable WordPress debugging and check your debug.log file for errors noted. If there is nothing there, disable all your plugins and then enable them one-by-one until you find the conflicting plugin or until you get something in your debug.log file.
Debugging in WordPress can be enabled like this:
edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
after that, add a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
Kind regards,
George

George

hi George just trying to find out the progress.
hi i reset the password for wp an send it to the george at itthinx dot com
Hi Vaughn,
Try switching to a default theme and generate the page. Normally there shouldn’t be compatibility issues with any theme. In the same time enable debugging and check if there is anything logged upon page generation.
If this doesn’t do the trick, create a temp admin account for me to have a look at you Dashboard. Even better if you can provide access to a staging copy of your site, so that i won’t perform my tests on a live site. You can send the admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config file and replace the following line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
with these lines:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
Finally create a new file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
Kind regards,
George
Hi george here is the credentials for wordpress
username: Abhay001
xxxx
Do we need to use both the registration form and the page generate?
have pasted the short codes of banner, and refferels but still its blank
Is affiliate pro compatible with the listify theme?
The login is also not working and new use is not receiving any kind of registration information
when use the generate button we are getting a blank page
Hi vaughn,
What happens if you press the Generate button in Affiliates > Settings under Pages tab?
If this process generates an affiliate area page properly, then you can modify it using the shortcodes of your choice.
Also, in case you are using any content building plugin(s), check the settings if the shortcodes are processed properly.
Kind regards,
George
