Affiliate amount stopped being calculated

Starting this may referral calculation stopped working and every order has 0.

It was working fine prior to that, I have installed and integrated the woocommerce plugin and set the service code for itthinx update plugin.

    Still only calculating zero for affiliates.

    Affiliates->WooCommerce Integration
    All checked except:
    Enable product referral rates and Enable recurring referrals.
    Default rate is set to 0.25

    Affiliates->Settings:Commissions
    Method: Referral Rate
    Value: 0.25

      Thanks,
      Please try to enable ‘Enable product referral rates’ in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration.
      And select ‘Referral Amount Method’ and ‘Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates’ in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions.
