Affiliate amount earned are all blank
—
by
I noticed today that the commissions earned for a referral is all $0, despite the affiliate rates has been set, the amount value when i go to the order is blank.
The order is completed
You can see a screenshot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ABYc1fm7CjfkwDZi58Ust-I9-8oHAidt/view?usp=sharing
This is a major headache as i now have to manually go over hundreds of referrals to manually calculate and enter the amount earned.
Why is this happening and how can it be solved please.

Hi George
Thank you for your help
Now i am also able to login to affiliate area. I have added the affiliate area page to be excluded from the cache, maybe it just needed some time to flush the cache
Again, thanks for your help
Michael
Hey Michael you’re welcome,
Using the credentials you shared, when I try to access the affiliate-area page, I get the registration form which is normal, because this specific user is not an affiliate.

Once I register as a new affiliate, I can see the expected affiliate-area page.

As for the warning you noticed, this doesn’t relate to the affiliate-area page, but definitely something to take a note of and include a fix in the next release.
Kind regards,
George
George, that is excellent news, thank you so much for your help in solving that issue.

I have one more problem i need your help with.
I am not able to login on the member area page, it just reloads the same page all the time.
I noticed the following in the debug log :
[04-Aug-2024 08:20:01 UTC] PHP Deprecated: stripslashes(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /home/asiavirt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-enterprise/lib/ext/includes/class-affiliates-referrals-export.php on line 43
I tried clearing the cache, i tried login from different machine, but same

You still have to login details i send you voa email.
Michael
Thanks for sharing access to your site Michael.
I had a look at your setup and did a few test purchases using one of your affiliates. As it seems, the issue related to duplicate generic rates you had( #10, #17 ) in your Rates and once I removed one of them (#17), the issue is gone, as you can see on my last test order.
Please have a look yourself and if further help is needed, let me know.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George
I done have a staging site, my site has been live for 15+ years.
I have send you an email with the wp admin info
I have enabled Debug and debug log
Many Thanks
Michael
Hey Michael,
Thanks for sharing your video, I also think that it would be much easier if we could have a look directly at your setup, so that we can compare the rates and the commissions granted. I can see a lot of stuff in your video, but it would be a lot easier to check a referral and the applying rate directly in the setup.
Also, if your site is running live at the moment, then it would be better if you could share temporary admin access to a staging clone instead, where we can also add a few test orders referred by a test affiliate. Last but not least, for the staging you will provide us with access, make sure to enable WP Debugging.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
Kind regards,
George
Thanks Michael,
I’ll have a look and let you know.
Cheers
Thanks email has been send

Cheers
I will prepare the info for you
Is it possible to share the details in a private response
Hi Michael,
Welcome back to our support forum.
Perhaps if you could share some details on your setup, it could help us find out what can be wrong on your site.
For example, where do you track referrals on your site? Do you have also installed and activated the necessary integration, in this case Affiliates WooCommerce integration?
As for your Rates setup, what kind of rate are you using? Are you also tracking tiered commissions? What are the rates set for tiered referrals?
And specifically for this referral, was it eligible for a commission? If yes, did you notice anything unusual in your debug.log file?
Kind regards,
George
