the /?aff=gabismarlon is missing and with this behavior, the affiliate lost the referral
how to solve this problem ?

Hi there,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our tool.
A referral can be recorded if a visitor visits the site using an affiliate link and then completes an action, ie a purchase, for as long as the affiliate cookie is stored.
After checking your website it seems that the cookie is in place

so the next step would be to make sure that Affiliates WooCommerce integration is installed and activated. The addon for premium versions like Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise can be found in Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab and for the free Affiliates version can be installed through the WP repository https://el.wordpress.org/plugins/affiliates-woocommerce-light/.
