Admin Styles are Jacked

The styles are a mess for the checkboxes on most screens. The checkboxes and their labels are all misaligned.

Screens include: Affillates & Referrals, Visits & Referrals, Manage Affiliates

Problem persists on latest builds of Firefox and Chrome for the Mac.
