AddToAny Integration

Hello, I am an enterprise user and am unable to install plugins from the integrations page. When I click install, it takes me to a page with the error “plugin not found”. I have tried this with 2 other plugins and same result. I have the AddToAny plugin installed already and am still unable to load the integration plugin. I have installed itthinx updater and have a valid service key. Can I please get this plugin? Thanks.

      Hello, I turned on debug but don’t see anything strange there. I can install plugins the normal way just fine, just not from the integrations page… Can you please send me the plugin so I can install it from the plugin manager asap??

    Hi Al,

    Thanks for mentioning, I have send you a copy of the integration in the email address used on checkout at itthinx.com. You can install as any other plugin in your Dashboard under Plugins > Add new and then choose to Upload.

    Is there anything logged in your debug.log file while you are trying to install the integration through Integrations tab? The debug.log file will be auto-created in your wp-content folder once you activate debugging with this process:
    Edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
    Replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
