Adding amounts to affiliates accounts ? and a Few questions 🙂

Hi

Hope we can get some help 🙂

We need to add prior commissions amounts to our affiliate accounts, as we have just switched from a different software.

1) Is there a way to load an different amount to each affiliates account ?

2)Also has anyone developed a way to transfer funds between affiliates ?

3)We also have sales to load through the affiliate system to calculate commissions as we are behind on getting our site up and running. Is there a mass way to load sales through the affiliate system or would this need to be done manually. If it needs to be done manually, how can we do this ?

    Thanks for the info 🙂

    Could you explain how the custom referral method works, I installed the plug in but was unable to see how to make it work…lol.

    Also the tier short code is not displaying correct for a test page we are working on. Tiers show correctly in affiliate but not when we use the short code.

    Also I sent though and email to itthinx@ithinx.com asking about custom PHP work.

      Hi,
      if you need to add a custom rate to an affiliate, you can edit this affiliate in Affiliates->Manage Affiliates and add the ‘Referral rate’ attribute.
      Please give us the code you are using with the shortcode (please use pastebin.com)

    Hi Dwayne,

    #1 Yes, you can assign referrals manually to each affiliate. Go to Affiliates > Referrals and click the Add button. This takes you to the screen where you can add a referral. This way, you can transfer the outstanding amount to each affiliate.

    #2 To transfer amounts between affiliates, you would either have to reject the referrals and credit the affiliate manually, or simply edit the corresponding referrals and reassign them to the desired affiliate.

    #3 This is basically the same as with #1 except that if you need to import purchase orders, you would do that with the e-commerce section and then the quickest way would be to do the manual assignments as in #1 for the sum of corresponding commission amounts per affiliate.
