Add referral amount manually to an affiliate

Sometimes people come to my site saying that they were referred from a friend of theirs that happens to have an affiliate account BUT the client didnt use their link.

Can I add the amount manually to the affiliate account?

    Hi,
    in Affiliates->Referrals::Add you can add a referral (amount) manually.
