Add group with new user registration?

Is it possible to add groups to the Add New User admin screen? I understand I can do it with a two-step process adding the user to groups after I’ve added them as a user. Is it possible to do this all on one screen?

It is possible to have the group assignment done when creating the user. You can get this done by enabling the Show groups in user profiles. options. To access this option:
* Navigate to Groups > Options
* Check the Show groups in user profiles. option
* Click Save
