Active vs. Inactive Status

I have renewed my license for Affiliate Enterprise as I had to move onto a new platform and will be selling a completely different product.
I have the Affiliates all in the new system but in the database they are all currently set to status of Active.
Here is what I need to do and please tell me if this is possible.
I want to by default change everyone in the SQL database to status of Inactive as affiliates. I want them to “accept” new terms and conditions and when they do, their status will be changed to active automatically (I do not want to do this manually) one at a time.
If they have a status of inactive, I do not want the system to accumulate any commissions for them. I want the commissions to ONLY pay or accumulate for the affiliates who are active.
Please let me know if this is possible?

Also I apologize as I did not update my email address in my itthinx profile which is why I never was notified you approved this original post so my next post asking about % says something about not getting this post approved. I apologize for not realizing the email address was not updated..
Is there anyway someone can do this custom work for me with the API?
Can the status be changed when someone fills out the form? What about my other question I posted about the % of commissions for operative affiliates who are above inoperative affiliates?

As Antonio says, it’s possible to create a form and have the status updated after the form has been submitted. This involves custom coding and I would recommend to hire a freelancer to do it, it’s pretty simple to achieve.
Regarding the % for affiliates in the upline of inoperative affiliates, if the operative affiliate doesn’t get credit, the affiliates in the upline also won’t. You could change those manually but it depends on the criteria you want to apply on how this commission % changes.

by default it’s not possible. You need to create your own solution using the Affiliates API.
Maybe:
– changing the status using SQL directly in the database, or changing the ‘until’ date.
– Create a form, so when the form is sent, then changethe status/’until’ date
