Activate license on wp

I’m having a very hard time activating my ARMember License. It is asking me for the Purchase Code and it is nowhere to be found. While I try to activate it on WP, it asks me for the Purchase Code from Envato Market, which doesn’t make any sense to me, as I purchased this directly from ITTHINX.

    Hey Dianna, sure no worries about that.

    You can update to the latest version of Affiliates Pro once you renew your license which is valid for one year. Please go to the plugin page here, purchase it again and you will be able to update to the latest version even through your Dashboard. All the updates for Affiliate Pro and its integrations will be available if you install Itthinx Updates plugin and use your license key.

    I am sorry George!

    That was a misunderstanding and I was actually looking for an updated version of my Affiliate Pro. Is it possible for me to find a download link with updated files or can you send it to me directly?

    Hi Diana, welcome to our support forum.

    FYI, the ARMember is not a plugin related to itthinx.com and the only purchase you made on itthinx.com was for Affiliates Pro plugin on June 3, 2019.

    IMO you should have a look at your Envato profile or contact their support for further information.
