0.5% affiliate commission

Hi

My company sells expensive items (shares in properties). So the affiliate commission rate is small:

0.5% on level 1
0.5% on level 2

This is actually quite generous because most purchases are £2,000 – £10,000.
I bought Affiliates Enterprise from here, and according to the ‘tiers’ page, 0.2 = 20%. So 0.005 = half a percent (0.5%)?

But when i saved this, the page shows commission rate as 0.00.

Is this because your field only displays 0.00 but it has registered 0.005, or does your plugin not allow 0.5% commission rate?
