    I’ve noticed that woocommerce subscriptions orders stopped tracking in November. Your team confirmed my settings are correct and the plugin is up to date, what is the next step in resolving this issue?

  • Affiliates not recorded following update

    I deactivated and reactivated Affiliates pro because I noticed that all new referrals were direct. I then deleted Affiliates Pro and attempted a fresh install. Unfortunately all referrals are still direct. What do you advise I do? Another very important question I have is how to allow recurring subscriptions to be tracked.

    Hi there, I have been unsuccessful in adding these two add-ons to my website after moving to a new host: 1) Affiliates WooCommerce Integration 2) Affiliates PayPal Integration Every time I click “install” I get an error page. How can I get these added manually if possible? Thanks

    Some of my affiliates suddenly disappeared, and I created a new account, re-adding their coupon but it says it already been assigned to another affiliate. However, they’re not showing up. Not sure what’s going on.

    Hi, I asked this before, but think you thought I was asking about the previous question I’d asked. Is there a way to send somebody to a specific URL using an affiliate link? So if I want a link to go to http://authorpa.com/item1, it will go to that URL and not just the home page.
