    I have been trying to download the Gravity Forms integration plugin, but it keeps saying that the plugin is not found. Is there a step I am missing? I have downloaded the itthinx updates plugin and put in the service key, but it still does not work.

    Hi, I bought Affiliates Pro and activated the gravity form plugin, I set up the form at this link by enabling referral settings on the gravity form but it doesn’t track commissions as a percentage, it only records clicks, where am I wrong?

    Hi, I am getting the error ERROR: Invalid Captcha on my form. When I disable the Captcha add-on, I then get the error message that the Captcha is a required field. I just renewed my license and updated Affiliates Pro but the error message is still there. How can we solve this issue?

  • No referrals assigned or appears after event ticked purchased

    Hi, the affiliate links triggers and works just fine, but after purchasing a ticket to the event (i’m use Events Manager Pro) or registering with free tickets, no referrals is assigned. In general no referrals appears in the system. Can you help please?
